H1S Check-ins. Hope with Love is the 501(c)(3).
Mission
We help partners connect people to health, housing, and other essential services.
Measure what matters for connection.
Connect. Listen. Repeat.
How check-ins work
No app needed. Just a cell phone with text messaging.
- It starts with a real human connection. With a tap or scan, partners invite people to opt in. People can assess needs, explore services or games, and earn rewards.
- Partners shape the experience.Every partner must provide free or discounted services. They own and control their digital experience and service delivery.
- Partners control their data. They own their check-in data and can filter, sort, download, or delete it at any time.
Who it’s for
- Congregations, community centers, libraries, and food sites can be the place people ask for help. Become an access point.
- Public agencies, shelters, and program leads use the tools to reach people other channels miss. Read the agency facts.
- Restaurants and other businesses can offer free or discounted services, gather feedback, and stay connected through H1S Check-ins. Evaluate a business partnership.
- Corporate sponsors can support service providers and bring their teams together through volunteer outreach for community connection and team building. Explore corporate sponsorship.
- Funders can back prevention they can measure. See the funder page.
